Shenzhou-13 manned spacecraft evacuates space station assembly

At 0:44 am (Beijing Time), April 16, 2022, Shenzhou-13 manned spacecraft successfully separated from the space station core module Tianhe. The Shenzhou-13 crew worked and lived in the space station assembly for 183 days, setting a new record for the space stay of Chinese astronauts in a single flight mission.
Before separation, the crew completed status settings of the space station assembly, arrangement and download of experimental data, cleaning and transfer of orbital materials and other pre-evacuation work with the cooperation of ground scientific and technological personnel. Subsequently, the re-entry module of Shenzhou-13 manned spacecraft will select a right time for re-entry under the control of ground instructions. Astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu will embark on their journey home soon.
