The Shenzhou-13 crew will conduct the second extravehicular activities (EVAs) on December 26. Astronauts Zhai Zhigang and Ye Guangfu will conduct EVAs, with astronaut Wang Yaping staying intravehicular to support her crewmates to complete the operations.
The three Chinese astronauts have been working and living in orbit since they were sent into space onboard the Shenzhou-13 spacecraft. After the crew conducted the first EVAs on November 7, they have been performing daily work, including in-orbit medical checks, space experiments (demonstration) and space station inspections. They also carried out in-orbit training programs such as emergency evacuation and medical rescue drills. They successfully gave the first "Tiangong Class" on December 9.
The Shenzhou-13 crew is currently in good condition, and the assembly is operating stably. All conditions for the crew's next EVAs are in place.
